Rack Mount Fiber Patch Panel Structure
Include 3 parts: box body, internal components, optical fiber connector protector.
1. Box body shell
convenient to open and install, have high voltage grounding device for the metal components.
2. Internal components mainly 3 items:
A. support: the internal structure body, used for the internal support;
B. Splice tray: to store optical fiber connector, protection pieces and the remaining fiber,
the remaining optical fiber length≥1.6m, bend radius≥37.5mm, also have remark to identify the fiber;
C. fixed device: to fix the optical cable sheath, strengthen member and wiring pigtail, protection parts of fiber optic connectors: sleeve and cable rubber gland

Rack Mount Fiber Patch Panel Specification

The optical distribution frame is 19inch rack, there is cable management area in front the box for cable distribution. The front adapter plate can be 1 piece or several pieces movable by rivets, the interface can be SC LC FC ST, LC SC is rectangle port, and FC ST is round port.

The ODF internal structure is simple, distribution area, fusion area, and bringing area with necessary cable fixture or wiring kits included. And the feeder cable go inside of the box from back, and distribution from front or sides as above picture.
