SC To LC Single Mode Fiber Patch Cable Details
This patch cord is use 2 different connectors at both side, one is LC connector ,the other is SC connetors. LC connector singlemode 3.0mm is blue color with white boot, white dust cap. While SC connector single mode is blue color, blue long boot and white dust cap. You can custom the connector color into green with APC polishing. We will wrap the cables near the boot with a cable tie to hold them in tight, not loose to ensure stable optical performance.

For LC to SC fiber patch cable single mode duplex, 2 SMF fibers are placed in two parallel 3mm single-core cables, with a plastic neck in the middle. When we need to terminate the connector, we manually tear the two fibers apart and put on the corresponding connector parts, then assemble and grind them. To prevent the tearing end from further tearing due to external forces, we will use a piece of heat shrink tubing about 2cm long for protection and heat-melt it into shape.
Meanhile, in order to distingush the both connectors at the same side for duplex patch cord, we will put on number ring 1 and 2 or A and B, then you can plug the connectors into fiber optic equipment with the right sequence.
And on the outer sheath of the optical cable, there will be optical cable detail printed every 1 meter to facilitate customer identification. You can custom your company name on it too, it is recommended to put it at the front of all text.

Yingda implements strict patch cord and pigtail testing standards, and can only be packaged and shipped after the final data is OK.
