The company monitors the production status of each order in real time, corrects deviations in a timely manner, and statistically analyzes the reasons and promptly puts forward improvement suggestions to provide reference for subsequent order processing.
All test and production equipment are regularly maintained to ensure normal operation of the equipment; measuring equipment is regularly calibrated to ensure its accuracy and good condition.

For multi fiber connectors like MPO/MTP, will check the polarity or fiber sequence to ensure perfect docking with optical terminal equipment.
All pre terminated products such as fiber optic patch cords, fiber optic pigtails, MPO patch cord must be tested for insertion loss and return loss to ensure the lowest fiber access at ONU ONT side.

Many FTTH drop cable are installed overhead or in pipes. At this time, the tension value of the optical fiber cable directly affects the quality and loss of terminal distribution wiring.
In order to meet the project requirements or special needs of customers, in addition to internal testing, Yingda can cooperate with customers to do third-party testing and certification. Please inform the specific product parameter requirements in advance. After evaluation, our company will provide samples to the testing agency, and then the testing agency will issue a test report to the customer.
