All employees have received pre-production training and are employed after passing the training. At the same time, regular training is organized to improve employees’ quality awareness and skills, and to improve the quality awareness of all employees through cultural construction.
Employees are encouraged to make suggestions for improvement of the production process, cultivate employees’ skills, enhance production flexibility, and solve problems through teamwork. At the same time, employee assessment KPIs are displayed to provide employees with a clear reward and promotion channel, and to make good career planning and team incentives.
