SC To LC Multimode Fiber Patch Cable Details

This patch cord is use 2 different connectors at both side, one is LC connector ,the other is SC connetors. LC connector om3 3mm is beige color with white boot, white dust cap. While SC connector om3 is beige color, beige boot and white dust cap. You can custom the connector color into aqua, the same as the cable color OM3. We will wrap the cables near the boot with a cable tie to hold them in tight, not loose to ensure stable optical performance.

Which can save a lot of cost on package and less weight on freight cost. Furthermore, after IL RL test, we will record the test data and paster a sticker on the plastic bag,it is neutral package standards. The sticker on the pack will describe the product in details, the specification, and the insertion loss and return loss of each connectcors, with A B mark for duplex connectors. And there is serial number to trace the products after selling if there is any problems occured. We provide 1 year quality assurance.

For SC LC duplex patch cord, two multimode fibers are placed in two parallel 3mm single-core cables, with a plastic neck in the middle. When we need to terminate the connector, we manually tear the two fibers apart and put on the corresponding connector parts, then assemble and grind them. To prevent the tearing end from further tearing due to external forces, we will use a piece of heat shrink tubing about 2cm long for protection and heat-melt it into shape.

And on the outer sheath of the optical cable, there will be optical cable detail printed every 1 meter to facilitate customer identification. You can custom your company name on it too, it is recommended to put it at the front of all text.
