Description
Suspension Clamp Structure
The suspension clamp are consist of pre-twisted wires, aluminum housing, rubber clamp blocks, and U shaped hanging ring. Details like below:
- Pre-twisted dead end protection strip: The material is aluminum-clad steel wire. The twisted wire is made into several bundles and evenly wrapped around the optical cable to protect the suspension part of fiber optic cable.
- Aluminum alloy casing: The main component used for hanging ADSS optical cables. It is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and has excellent rust resistance.
- Rubber clamp block: Made of high-quality aging-resistant rubber, it is used to clamp the optical cable in the pre-twisted protection part. Its elasticity can protect the optical cable well and have a certain gripping force.
- U-shaped hanging ring: Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, it has sufficient strength and anti-corrosion capabilities, and plays a role in connecting with pole and tower fasteners.
