Fiber Outlet Box Details

This fiber optic drop box features two heat shrink tubing slots for better protection of fiber optic splices, and supports 40mm and 45mm single-core fiber optic heat shrink tubing. It also accommodates two SC adapters, which cannot be removed after installation. The drop box uses 50mm or 52mm fiber optic quick connectors.

The fiber outlet box comes with a built-in laser label, eliminating the need for additional labels. Due to its smooth surface, it can also be silkscreened with customer logos or other content the customer wishes to display. The back of the box features two round wall-mounting holes and comes standard with two expansion screws.

It is equipped with two SC/LC adapter mounting holes and fiber optic pigtail or drop cable entry/exit holes to enable access and output of single and dual-core optical fibers. The adapter card can be removed and moved back and forth for installation and maintenance.

The fiber optic wall panel can be configured with SC pigtail adapters, enabling up to 2-core fusion splicing. If replaced with LC duplex adapters and pigtails, up to 4-core fusion splicing can be achieved.

Standard accessories for fiber outlet box include wall mounting screws, heat shrink tubing, and plastic cable ties. Each optical outlet is placed in a plastic resealable bag, and then 100 boxes are packed in a cardboard box like below:
