Detailed Display of Distribution Box Fiber
This box features a secure locking mechanism and gasketed closure to ensure IP-rated protection (e.g., IP55 or higher) against water and dust ingress. The front panel has multiple ports for fiber cables (both incoming and outgoing), along with slots for cable management and strain relief. There is a label inside the lid, which features a red and blue “DANGER” label with the warning “Be careful of radiation ray hurt your eyes!“. Below the label, there’s a technical “FIBER CABEL LOG SHEET” with a table containing columns and rows, presumably for logging firmware details and related data. A light-colored sealing strip is along the edge, suggesting it’s a hinged or sealed component, likely for protection or containment. Also, there are latches on both sides. which serves the function of controlling the opening and closing mechanism of the box or activating internal operations.

Inside, there are dedicated spaces for fiber splicing, termination, and organization. Yellow clamps/holders are visible, designed to secure fiber optic cables and splice trays, preventing tension or damage to the fibers. The enclosure can house splice trays (for fusion or mechanical splicing) and fiber SC adapters, which are used to realize the live connection of fibers and are the core components of fiber signal branching.

The following enlarged view on the right shows a fiber splitter module, which can realize the function of 1×16 or 2pc 1×8 LGX module, and is a key component to realize the distribution of fiber signals from the backbone to multiple user terminals.
