FDB0216G is a optical distribution box for FTTH network. It connect feeder cable or distribution cable to subscriber’s drop cable with PLC splitter. It integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box.

The total box is enclosed before delivery with plastic film on top for protection, then in carton box and master carton box or pallets. The locking system is 2 buckles with 1 lock key, anti-thief.
All the metal parts are stainless steel material, and there is fusion splice area, distribution area, winding area, and splitting area separately, and made of high strength engineering plastic, all ensure it is the best choice for outdoor field installation.
The optical distribution box cable entrance and cable exit both in front bottom, with 2 pcs cable glands or uncut ports for mid span cable, and cable exit with 16pcs round cable outlets for 3mm or 5mm cable outputs. Both cable in and out ports will be fixed well inside of the box with cable clamps and sealing kits.
There are 2 types of design for internal parts, one is for splitter module in lgx chassis (on left), the other is for mini splitter with adapter plates (on right). Both can use 1×8 or 1×16 splitters with connectors or without connectors, the splitter input and putput pigtails max. length can be 1 meter or 1.5 meter, the min less can be 0.35 meter. If customer like cost effective, can choose the shortest length.
This box with mounting bracket on the back of the box, so no need special metal sheet for wall mounting, and if need aerial mount, please add 2 aerial metal hoses; if need pole mount, please add 2pcs stainless steel straps with hose.
