Detailed Display of PLC Splitter Box
This PLC splitter box is a high-performance optical distribution enclosure engineered for FTTH and FTTx network deployments, designed to streamline fiber optic signal splitting and management with precision and durability. The robust, IP68-rated black polymer housing ensures resistance to environmental factors (moisture, dust, UV exposure) while maintaining structural integrity. Its modular, snap-fit design enables tool-free access for rapid installation and maintenance. Plug and play, pre-connected household cable instead of fusion, no need to open the box. And fast insertion can fix and seal the optical cable outside the connector box for quick.

Reinforced mounting points (for wall/pole installation), secure locking latches (to safeguard internal components), and labeled interface zones (for quick identification of input/output ports) enhance field usability.
The detachable white optical module houses a PLC splitter (e.g., 1×8, 1×16, or 2×32 configurations, customizable per project) with low insertion loss (<0.3dB per split) and high return loss (>50dB), ensuring optimal signal integrity across PON (Passive Optical Network) architectures.

Compact, stackable splice tray support fusion splicing of pigtails to drop fibers, while guided routing channels organize fiber runs to minimize microbending loss.

On the bottom side, there are cable entry/exit ports. Sealed, multi-gland interfaces accommodate drop cables (e.g., SC/APC, LC/APC connectors) and backbone fibers, with strain relief mechanisms to prevent cable damage. Precision-aligned adapter ports (compatible with industry-standard fiber connectors) enable plug-and-play connectivity for end-user links.
