Yingda specializes in manufacturing various MPO patch cords or backbone distribution from 12 cores to 144 cores for high-density and flexible wiring, with formation of patch cable or breakout cable, the main pre terminated fiber optic cable are multi core bundle cable or flat cable.
At present, Yingda can provide SENKO, USCONEC, OptoNest, NISSIN and connectors MADE IN CHINA. If customers have specific requirements, please inform the salesperson in advance.
As a high-density fiber connection solution, MPO patch cords and related supporting products are widely used in the following areas with the advantages of multi-core parallel transmission and modular deployment:
Yingda focus on providing various of MPO patch cords based on your specific project planning and real needs, from project design, selection to delivery acceptance. All items 100% qualified tested by QC/QA before delivery:
We should pay attention to the fiber polarity of the MPO patch cord and make sure all the products are manufactured strictly according to the order requirements before use. Otherwise, the reverse polarity can lead to many problems like systematic communication barriers, two-way communication interruption, abnormal test data.
And in severe cases, it may burn out the PIN detector, or cause a surge in chip power consumption, high temperature triggering hardware protection shutdown, and increase subsequent operation and maintenance costs, etc.
With over 15 years of experience in fiber optic cables and fiber optic boxes, Yingda are proficient in creating high-quality fiber optic connectors and supporting products to meet various fiber access and fiber optic system upgrade solutions.
Here are the reasons why we stand out:
According to the fiber count inside, the MPO/MTP connector can be divided into MPO 8 fiber, MPO 12 fiber, MPO 16 connector, MTP 24 fiber, and MTP 32 fibers. And MPO/MTP connector have MTP male connector and MTP female connector according to the different MT ferrule.
The simplest solution is to observe the direction of the keyway (protrusion/groove) of the MPO connector:
The key positions at both ends of Type A/C MPO patch cord should be opposite (one end is key up and the other end is key down), and the key positions at both ends of Type B MPO patch cord should be the same, both key up or both key down. If the key direction does not meet the above rules, the polarity is wrong.
In addition, you can confirm the position of the white dot mark on the side of the MPO fiber connector (indicating the first core fiber). The white dots at both ends should be on the same side (Type A/C) or diagonally symmetrical (Type B).
First, confirm whether the polarity of the MPO patch cord is A, B, or C, and then test it according to the number of MPO fiber cores.
If it is a 12 fiber MPO connector, inject red light at the transmitting end (the first fiber is Tx), and then observe whether the position of the other end is consistent with the polarity.
If it is a 24 fiber MPO connector, inject red light from the first and 13th fibers, and observe whether the position of the other end is consistent with the polarity.
Yingda provides conventional neutral packaging bags and supports customization of customers' own labels and marks.
Ordinary MPO cables are in stock and can be shipped after labeling. If no stock, will start production and the delivery time is also very fast, usually 3-5 days. If need to assembly with module or patch panels, the delivery time will be appropriately extended.
Yingda is a MPO cable manufacturer, deeply rooted in the optical fiber industry for 15 years, with refined production and good cost control, so we will definitely give you the most competitive price.
High productivity efficiency, skilled front-line operators and strict production control ensure timely delivery.
High-precision testing equipment and top industry quality control system ensure high quality standards.
