On our production line and quality control center, there are over 5 multi-core interferometers used for 3D inspection. All of our MT ferrules undergo 100% interference testing to meet or exceed the international standard IEC61755-3-31. All 3D interference data is automatically saved and can be sent to customers for review.
MT IL/RL Testing
In our production line and quality control center, there are over five multi-core insertion loss/return loss testers used to test the IL and RL of MT connectors. According to the international standard IEC61754-7 or special customer requirements, all MT connectors undergo 100% testing for insertion loss and return loss.

Insertion loss/return loss tester
All of our multi-core testing equipment, including single-mode and multi-mode, use testing instruments produced by JGR, a Canadian equipment manufacturer based in Ottawa. The equipment is shown in the following diagram:
End Face Detector
The general MPO cable production process includes grinding, end inspection, 3D testing, IL/RL testing, end inspection, and packaging. YINGDA use a 400x end face tester (MICROSCOPE) for inspection to ensure the cleanliness of the end face.
