Microduct connectors are designed to join microducts seamlessly, ensure fast and secure connections and disconnections. The durable construction is designed to withstand high-pressure forces, making it suitable for direct buried (DB) applications.The transparent body allows for easy visual inspection of cables within the connector, ensuring reliability in fiber optic network infrastructure.

The Microduct straight connectors are easy to install and provide a secure connection for microducts, allowing for pipeline smooth and efficient air blown cable laying in telecommunications, FTTx and municipal engineering projects.

Microduct Connectors Installation Method

• Cut both ends of the tubing flat and clean thoroughly.
• Assemble and connect according to the correct procedures as above microduct component.
• After connecting the microduct connector, use the cluster tube retainer for protection.
• After the micro-tube joint is connected, it needs to be used in conjunction with the cluster tube protective cover to play a protective role.

• Please confirm the microduct outer diameter whether has damaged or scratches ，connection face must be clean.
• Please confirm the microduct outer diameter nominal tolerances meets+0.1mm.
• Please make sure the connection micro-duct end face is cut into the rectangular plane.
• Please confirm the microduct should be through it the sealing ring,has been pushed to the end of the joint,until it couldn’t go far again.
• After connecting the micro-ducts, must check whether the duct can pull, then put into use.
• When disassembling the micro-ducts, please make sure the pressure is 0.

Pressure Resistance Advantage: The microduct connector can reach a pressure of 10kg and can remain leak-proof under low pressure or no pressure conditions. Other quick-connect plugs on the market cannot achieve this performance and the pressure basically cannot reach 8kg. 

Circlip Advantage: The unique, figure-8 design of the circlip compensates for design flaws in other quick-connect connectors on the market, such as the tendency for the tubing to pop out or the circlip to break. For example, under normal ventilation conditions, the tubing can easily deform and enlarge, but our quick-connect connectors maintain normal operation, making it less likely for the tubing to become stuck or ejected. Even if the tubing deforms and cannot be restored, it remains easy to insert and remove. The tubing can also be removed while ventilation is still in progress (but be careful). 

Sealing O-ring Advantage: The unique O-ring design ensures that once the tubing is inserted, it remains airtight, regardless of any rotation, cord pulls, or folding of the tubing. However, other quick-connect connectors on the market can leak if the tubing is even slightly folded.

Material Advantages: This microduct connector offers high-temperature resistance, maintaining a constant temperature of approximately 100°C, and low-temperature resistance down to approximately -30°C, making it relatively stable. Other similar quick-connect connectors on the market use PE nylon, a material with the disadvantage of softening easily in high temperatures or in summer, causing the locking ring cap to pop out, and are prone to cracking in low temperatures.
