Every month, we customize and organize collaborative meetings between production, procurement, management and business departments. For the problems found and reported in the month, we analyze the root causes of the problems through tools such as 5whys or fishbone diagrams, formulate and implement improvement plans, and all steps are strictly implemented in accordance with the PDCA cycle standards.
