PLC splitters can be used in centralized PON architecture or distributed architecture. In a centralized PON architecture, a 1×32 PLC splitter is often used in the Central Office. Espeicall now FTTH, data center, GPON, even XG-PON netowrk is popular which result in 1×32 splitters are in high demand.
What is 1×32 fiber splitter?
1X32 fiber optic plitter is a planar lightwave circuit splitter, which input is 1 fiber pigtail, and output are 32 channels fiber pigtails with equal split ratio at 3.125% each. Fiber input and output color can be customize, like white, blue, red, yellow. The cable diameter can be 250um, 900um loose tube, 2.0mm or 3.0mm tubes. Fiber length is normally 1.0 meter or 1.5 meter standard.
At present the plc splitter are all single mode splitter, no multi mode splitter, the fiber types can be G.652D, G.657A1, G.657A2 or G.657B3 fibers.
1×32 Fiber splitter specification
1X32 optical splitter features low insertion loss at around premium16.5dB, Standard within 16.9dB, and high return loss about 50-55dB or more to prevent reflected light from interfering with normal signals. It adapt to a wide range of temperature and humidity environments, and work stably in harsh environments, ensuring that the spectroscopic performance is not greatly affected.

1×32 Optical splitter types

Bare fiber splitter 1×32
Bare splitter 1×32 is a planar lightwave ciucuit splitter with a 1×32 chip, and then added with single core fiber array and 4 group 8 ribbon fiber arrays to form 1×32, and you can add connectors or without connectors, which is widely used for wdm technology, pon networks, the stainless steel tube size are 50*7*4mm.
Blockless plc splitte 1×32
Blockless plc splitter are mini plc splitter with steel tube 60*7*4mm, which is bigger than bare fiber splitter, and input and output pigtials are 900um loose tube, In order to distinguish, Yingda will use colored loose tubes to identify the fiber order sequence, like 4 groups 8 colors: blue orange green brown gray white red black. If all use white loose tube, will add number ring like 1, 2, 3, 4…. to 32.
ABS PLC splitter 1×32
ABS Box plc splitter is to put a steel tube splitter (mini plc splitter above) into a plastic abs material modular, then add thicker loose tube like 2.0mm or 3.0mm to protect the fibers pigtails input and outputs, then make it stronger, and then put them into bigger fiber optic boxes or cabinets. It can be 1×2, 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32, 1×64, 1×128 or 2XN series.
LGX box plc splitter 1X32
Yingda can offer two types of lgx plc splitter 1×32, one is horizontal with 2 ways, each 16 SC adapters in a row, input can be 1 or 2 SC. The other type is vertical with 4 ways, each 8 SC adapters, and 1 SC input. SC/UPC or SC/APC can be ok, in order to mark the input or output, we can make different color of the couplings.

Cassette plc splitter 1×32 is to put the fiber optic tube splitter into a integrated tray, also it is good for protection and cable management. No need to fusion or splice, all front operation, fast and easy to use. Cable input can be 1 or 2 SC, if need to use ST or FC, please use rectangle shapes.
