SC APC Attenuator Detail
The SC APC attenuator uses a metal casing and a plastic dust cap. UPC fiber uses black and white dust caps, while APC fiber uses a green dust cap. Each product can be labeled with its attenuation value using a sticker or laser engraving.
Effectively suppresses optical waves in the circuit, providing effective electrical isolation between the signal field and the main control terminal, preventing accidental damage to the armored system. Custom attenuation in optical fiber communication by 1dB, 2dB, 3dB till 30dB.
Advanced grinding equipment ensures precise fiber core alignment. High-temperature, acid- and alkali-resistant cobalt oxide ferrules with high hardness are used, providing excellent optical and mechanical performance.
Sufficient production capacity, 5S standardization, and scientific management ensure faster delivery while maintaining high quality. Strict testing is conducted before shipment to ensure that every product functions correctly. Low insertion loss, high return loss, and over 1000 mating cycles. Average additional loss value is less than 0.2dB, ensuring good stability.
