Description
The indestructible handheld all plastic cable reel frame independently designed and developed by Yingda is very suitable for the rapid retraction and release of various long distance fiber optic cables. The support frame is made of imported high-strength polycarbonate (PC) injection molding, and the wire reel uses a high toughness composite material. It has an integrated handle and brake design, and is equipped with a detachable output shaft. It has the advantages of being lightweight, durable, resistant to pressure, impact, not easily deformed, resistant to oil stains, and resistant to ultraviolet rays.
This fiber optic cable reel car is designed for multiple deployments for field production in outside marine environment and port application, rental facilities and more. The highly flexible tight-buffered cable with internal spiral metal strength member for crush-resistance in high-traffic areas and a flexible metallic tube construction is designed to withstand crushing by outside vehicles.TPU, PE or LSZH outer jacket ensures insulation is made with materials that produce low limited smoke and non-toxic halogens when exposed to fire or high temperatures. All assemblies are multi-stage machine-polished.
