Fiber Optic Box Wall Product Details

There are total 4 pcs round cable ports for feerder cable go in and out of the fiber nap box with rubber seals, one more is for future use in middle. Construction worker can fix the cable strength members like aramid yarn, aluminum tape, waterblocking layer, etc on the internal cable fixture sheets, with cable clamps or nylon ties. On right of the metal sheet, there is plastic drop cable fixtures for FTTH figure 8 drop wires.

The fiber FAT box configure with 1piece splice tray with cover to hold the heat shrinkable protector tubing in the cassette, there are 12 slots in a tray, each hold one fiber, if double layer can do 24 fibers for single fiber. If more splice trays are stacked and prevent the splice trays falling and damage the optical fiber, you can fix the screws to the bottom of the box through the center hole of the splice tray.

And we adopt key lock for easy and fast open and close of the box, safe and convenient, and anti-theft.

The 8 Cores fiber wall box are designed with two different structure for different functions:

• LGX splitter distribution box: as left picture, we can install 1x 1*8 cassette splitter, and back of the plate, there is 1 splice tray for fiber splicing. The feeder cable go inside of the box from the bottom layer.
• 12 SC Adapter Holder (adapter bracket):  as right picture, we can install 12SC SX adapters in the holders, and connect the fiber optic pigtails with FTTH drop cable patch cords, then splicing and protect the pigtails in the splice tray. Or blockless splitter outputs pigtails with FTTH patch cord as well.
