FTTH Fibre Box On Wall Product Details

The 48 Cores fiber wall box are designed with two different structure for different functions:

LGX splitter distribution box: as left picture, we can install 2x 1*16 or 4x 1*8 splitter cassette types, and back of the plate, there is 2 splice trays for fiber splicing as well. The feeder cable go inside of the box from the bottom layer.
48 SC Adapter Holder (adapter bracket): as right picture, we can install 48 SC SX adapters in the holders, and connect the fiber optic pigtails with FTTH drop cable patch cords, then splicing and protect the pigtails in the splice tray. Or blockless splitter outputs pigtails with FTTH patch cord as well.

At the bottom layer under the rotate plate, there are large space to install 2 pcs splice trays for single fiber splicing, surplus fiber winding and feeder cable enter and winding ,there will be cable fixtures and fiber management kits preassembled in the box.

The total fiber optic wall box are closed before delivery with a screw rod key, and you can add one more key at side of it for double security.

All the cable enter and exit from the front side, there are 6 round ports in total, the middle 2 ports can be taken off to insert cables, which is mid span ports, you dont need to cut off the cable to manage the fiber optic cables. The other four round ports can be with rubber seals(already configured in the accessory bag) or you can add waterproof cable glands as well upon request.

There are correspondent cable fixtures in metal materials inside of fiber box, which is alignment with the cable enterances.
