ODVA is an international organization, and its DeviceNet protocol has become an international standard (IEC 62026-3) and a Chinese national standard (GB/T 18858.3-2002). Therefore, ODVA connectors can be used with any device that conforms to this protocol standard, not just a specific brand. Both two ODVA connectors can be connected with a ODVA adapter like above.
Field Cable Structure
This outdoor waterproof patch cord use 2 cores field tactical cable 7mm outer sheath LSZH, with 2 x 2mm sub-unit optical fibers and 2 x filler compounds.
Below ODVA fiber optic connectors are ODVA-LC Duplex, ODVA-MPO, ODVA-SC, which employ a push-pull mating and bayonet mechanical latching structure, achieving an IP67 protection rating. They are suitable for industrial or outdoor environments such as base station communication, outdoor monitoring, control systems, and medical equipment.
