MU connector is push-pull design with a 1.25mm sleeve and a self retaining structure. It has a pre assembled body and a precision molded housing, fixed in place by springs through floating rings of outer diameter.Because of small size, combined with MU fiber optic adapters, MU connectors are usually installed on fiber optic distribution boxes to achieve high-density connections.
