LC Optical Attenuator Details
LC/APC male to LC/UPC female attenuator adopt metal ion erbium-doped attenuation fiber inside, ceramic sleeve and ferrule, operating wavelength at single mode 1310nm or 1550nm.
Unlike conventional male-female attenuators, this one can connect an APC connector at one end and a UPC connector at the other. However, conventional attenuators only allow UPC-UPC or APC-APC connections. This design allows for transitions between different connector end faces, enabling more precise connection and attenuation. The attenuation value is also adjustable from 0 to 30 dB.
The fiber optic attenuators offered by Yingda can withstand high optical power transmission exceeding 1W for extended periods, making them better suited for EDFA and other high-power applications.
The most basic protection for fiber optic products is dust protection. YINGDA provides a dust cap for each attenuator optic. Two types of dust caps are available, please choose on your demand.
