Optical Joint Closure Details
The cable junction box casing is labeled with material specifications; it is made of brand new materials, rejecting recycled materials, ensuring durability for over 20 years, and is environmentally friendly and reliable. Our company will affix basic product details labels according to customer needs, such as product name, core count, number of fusion splice trays, or model number. Customization is supported.
Furthermore, to better maintain sealing performance and guarantee product quality, each product undergoes rigorous testing before shipment. Users can purchase with confidence.
This horizontal junction box is ideal for fiber optic cable splicing and distribution applications, offering a simple and quick solution. It boasts excellent sealing performance, achieving IP68. Fiber optic cable connections are straight-through. It features two inlets and two outlets, accommodating round fiber optic cables with a 23mm outer diameter.
Internally, it hold up to four fusion splice trays, each with 12 slots, accommodating two layers of 12-core single-core fiber optic cables. It supports up to 96 cores for splicing. Each fusion tray has an independent transparent dust cover to prevent dust and fiber slippage. Each tray is independently secured to a mounting base, with two metal plates at the bottom supporting the fusion tray and separating the incoming/outgoing trunk cables from the fusion area. Fiber fusion is done on top, and cabling is below, ensuring no interference between the two.
Each junction box is individually packaged, and all accessories are placed in a cardboard box. Please remove the necessary parts when needed.
Standard accessories typically include: overhead mounting hardware, hex wrench, sealing tape, heat shrink tubing, cable ties, hose clamps, plugs, grounding wire, insulating tape, sandpaper, and labels. Please inform us in advance of any other requirements.
