Ftth Fiber Optic Termination Box Details
This 2 port SC Fiber outlet are simple structure with 1 splice tray in the middle for cable splicing and wiring. It is separate lid and cover, in field installation, you can take off the tray, and after splicing complete, you put it back into the box.
We can see clearly from the back of the box that there is cable entrance in front 2pcs and 1 pcs in the back. When leaving the factory, the optical cable holes are blocked with plastic blocks. During on-site construction, they can be cut open with a blade to introduce the optical cable into the ftth outlet.
The drop cable enters the box from the bottom and is then introduced into the removable splice tray on both sides for splicing and storage. The tray is designed to ensure that the fiber winding is within a reasonable bend without damaging the fiber. Suggest to use heat shrinkable protectors 40mm*1.0mm.
Opening the box is very simple. Simply press the recessed areas on the left and right sides to push the two clips inwards to open the box. To close the box, align the lid with the bottom of the box and press down until you hear a “click”.
