Optical Fibre Termination Unit Details
The FTB108H fiber optic distribution box is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with a complete waterproof ring inside, waterproof and dustproof protection. With two locking clips and a snap-lock, this box can meet IP65 waterproof rating.
- There is splice tray with big winding space, with four slots accommodating two layers of heat shrink tubing, totaling 8 single cores.
- Below the fusion tray is the wiring area, featuring dedicated winding spools and adapter slots. It can hold up to 8SC simplex adapters. When used as a fiber splitter box, a slot for splitter is pre-installed at the fusion tray base, steel tube size 60*7*4mm of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 splitters can be used.
Yingda provide all necessary tool kits for installation, including key, sleeve, screws, cable ties, etc. It will be pack in a bag, and put inside of the box before shipment.
The distribution unit color can be customized: white, gray, or black. The lid surface has a reinforced strips for increased durability and drop resistance. Pre-designed logo areas allow for logo- silkscreen printing, and built-in laser engraving system – a user-friendly design.
The box can be installed in various ways: pole-mounted, wall-mounted, or suspended, suitable for multiple outdoor scenarios.
Yingda provides assembly services. We can pre-install fiber optic pigtails, fiber optic splitters, and adapters inside the enclosure. We can also pre-fabricate with a certain length of trunk cable assembly, customer can directly use without additional assembly or splicing. There are corresponding clamps for securing the fiber optic cable in and out, and 2 holes of each rubber plugs at exits.
