4 Fiber OTB Box Detail
The FTB104M fiber optic terminal box can use a 1:4 fiber optic splitter. Only one fiber needs to be introduced to evenly distribute the optical signal to four users without fusion splicing, saving backbone cable resources, accelerating cabling, and allowing for rapid pre-installation maintenance, thus reducing subsequent maintenance costs. Internally, it features a removable fusion splice tray, two splitter steel tube mounting slots, and an 8-core single-core fiber optic splice protection slot, supporting 40mm, 45mm, or 60mm fusion splice protection sleeves.
The bottom of the box has fiber optic adapter slots for installing four SC adapters (without flange). In the cabling area, the fiber optic drop cable is directly inserted through the rubber seals and pre-terminated with the SC connectors. Both the cable entry and exit are equipped with cable securing devices to effectively prevent fiber movement that could damage the fiber or cause excessive attenuation.
A significant feature of this fiber optic panel is that the fiber optic cable can run straight through the box from top to bottom without needing to be cut. This reduces fiber optic cabling time and costs.
And this fiber optic cable box features a smooth design, and we can silkscreen the customer’s logo or other desired information onto the box exterior.
The box requires a special metal key to open, preventing unauthorized access and damage to the fiber optic infrastructure after outdoor installation. The standard configuration is wall-mounted installation, along with the necessary mounting hardware. For other customer needs, please contact our sales staff directly.
