Detailed Display of Fiber Splice Box Outdoor
This box is a specialized device for outdoor fiber optic cable management and splicing. There are dedicated ports for cables to enter and exit the box, facilitating the connection of feeder and drop cables. Pigtails can be passed through a tray to connect with adapters. There are also pigtails fusion slots to securely hold pigtails during the fusion splicing process. Cable winding area allows for neatly coiling excess cable, preventing tangling and ensuring proper cable management. The splitter steel tube slot is provided to accommodate the steel tube of a splitter, ensuring the splitter is held firmly in place.

A screw lock secures the entire box, providing protection against unauthorized access and safeguarding the internal components from the outdoor environment. Number marks (1, 2, 3…) are present to enable clearer wiring of drop cables, making it easier to identify and manage individual cable connections. The box is equipped with 8 pieces of SC adapters “without flange”, which are used for connecting pigtails and patch cords. There are also 8 drop cable ports, allowing for the connection of multiple drop cables to distribute signals to different locations.

In the distribution type setup, feeder cables (red) and pigtails (green 1, green 2) are spliced at the splicing point. The pigtails then connect to adapters, and drop cables (blue) are connected to the adapters via patch cords, enabling the distribution of optical signals. A flip plate is also part of the structure, likely aiding in accessing the splicing area.

The box has dimensions of 230 (height) × 130 (width) × 58 (depth) mm, with an internal usable height of 218 mm, making it compact yet spacious enough for efficient fiber management.
