Detailed Display of Outdoor Fiber Box

The box has a reserved logo position, a screw lock for the whole box, a laser mark, and an open mark for the adapter and drop cable exit area. It is suitable for indoor use with an IP54 protection rating and is made of ABS + PC material.

There is a unique cover for the distribution area. If factory-assembled splitters and adapters are used, there’s no need to reopen the whole box; fast connectors can be directly inserted with drop cables, saving time and labor costs during on-site construction and facilitating future repairs. It also utilizes a clip lock mechanism for secure closure.

Regarding components, it uses SC/APC adapters without flanges and SC/APC fast connectors with a maximum length of 60mm. The mini splitter is a 1×8 SC/APC type, white, with a diameter of 0.9mm. The fiber used is colored coating fiber, specifically single-mode G.657A2, and the FTTH drop cable has dimensions of 2×3mm.

The trays come with a top cover, which clips onto the box bottom and can be flipped up more than 90 degrees for easier operation. The fusion tray can handle a maximum of 24 cores with number marks, and the splitter tray has 2 positions for 1×8 splitters and can manage 16 cores for fusion.

There is a large cable distribution area with number marks, an adapter plate for distribution to end-users, a large area at the bottom for splitter wiring, and a cable fusion design for cable entry and exit.

As for standard accessories, it includes 1 set of the box, 2 mounting screws, 1 buffer tube, 8 sleeves, and 8 nylon ties.

In terms of cable ports, the feeder cable can pass through the box without cutting, allowing for a 2-in 2-out configuration, with a cable diameter of 12.5mm. There are 8 drop cable outputs with rubber sealing, each capable of accommodating a maximum 2×6mm flat drop cable with fast connectors. Both cable exits and entries are equipped with cable clamps or nylon ties to secure the cables in place.
