Detailed Display of Fiber Outdoor Box

This fiber outdoor box is a multi-functional and cost-effective access terminal for FTTH networks. Equipped with a 1×8 PLC splitter, it uses FTTH drop cable with colored coating fiber, strength member steel wire, and PVC material. Besides, this box comes with SC fast connectors and SC adapters without flanges.

It adopts a 4-layer design, fully enclosed with just 1 screw from top to bottom. Each layer serves different functions, integrating distribution, fusion, splitting, and fiber storage in one box.

There are tray groups, including one for fusion and one for splitting. Under the tray, there is a winding plate. The fiber storage plate can flip over 90°, making it easy to install a PLC splitter inside, and it ensures a reasonable bend radius to limit the fiber storage area. On the right side, the plate is fixed by a clip.

The box is made of ABS+PC, which is durable. It has an indoor rubber seal for dustproofing. The cable port features 2 in and 2 out for feeder cable, and 8-port drop cable with rubber seal to ensure good sealing performance.

The box is white in color. There is a reserved position for a logo and a laser mark. Also, there are number marks 1-8 for drop cables, enabling clearer wiring and easier later maintenance identification.

The tray cover is fixed by a screw from the middle. And the second cover is fixed by 1 screw on the left. To access internal components, you can unscrew the top screw to take out the first cover, and unscrew the second left screw to take out the second cover.
