Description

PLC (Planar Lightwave Circuit) optical splitter for divided equally or converge optical signal. The design of planar waveguide technology provided a low-cost optical splitter solution with a small package and high reliability features. Yingda can offer full range of PLC Splitters from 1×2 1×4 1 8 1×16 1×32  1×64 1×1128, 2×2 2×4 2×8 2×16 2×32 2×64, and the connectors can be SC LC FC ST etc, fiber type and fiber length can be customize according to customer request.

Fiber optic splitter 1:128 Product Details

Mini splitter is composed of 3 parts: the plc chip, the input pigtail and output pigtails, in order to distinguish the multi fiber outputs, we can use colorful loose tube 900 um diameter or use number rings on each pigtails and input side will be with IN ring for identification. And the cable roiling diameter will be standard to ensure the bend radius.

All our PLC Splitter chips are imported from Korea, high precise and optical stability, low loss and high return loss. Yingda will paste all steel tube stickers with product name and the serial number for traceability. and the loose tube are hytrel material, which is better than LSZH for optical splitter application.

Different split ratio will use different size of SS steel tube, due to the limited space, and 1×2 1×4 1×8 most of the time use the same size 60*7*4mm, but there are some clients need smaller size like 50*7*4mm, it is availble.
