Detailed Display of Fiber Optic Distribution Unit
This box has a robust, rectangular enclosure with a grid-patterned back panel for enhanced structural stability. There are multiple cable entry/exit ports at the bottom, equipped with rubber seals to prevent dust and moisture ingress. Mounting fixtures and a central locking mechanism are also present for secure installation, as well as necessary installation parts, including:
- Role: They serve as mounting supports to secure the black box (seen on the right) to a surface or another object. These brackets provide structural stability and a connection point.
- Installation Method: Align the brackets with the corresponding holes on the black box. Use the screws, nuts, and washers (the small hardware components beside the brackets) to fasten the brackets to the box. The holes in the brackets allow for attachment to a wall, panel, or other fixtures if needed.
Screws, Nuts, and Washers (Left Image, Small Hardware):
- Role: These are fasteners that hold the metal brackets and the black box together. Screws pass through the holes in the brackets and the box, while nuts secure the screws from the other side. Washers help distribute the pressure of the nuts/screws, preventing damage to the materials and ensuring a tighter fit.
- Installation Method: Insert a screw through a hole in the bracket and the corresponding hole in the black box. Place a washer over the screw (if needed) and then tighten a nut onto the screw from the opposite side. Repeat this process for all required connection points.

There are fiber splice trays, which are designed to hold and protect fiber splices, with circular slots for neatly coiling excess fiber optic cables, minimizing signal loss due to bending. 1×2, 1×4, 1X8, 1×16 mini splitter could be placed here. And green fiber optic SC/APC type adapters are used for secure fiber connections. It also includes a label sheet inside the lid for recording fiber routing and connection details, aiding in maintenance and troubleshooting.

It is a black, rectangular enclosure with a structured internal layout. There are multiple colorful fiber optic cables (in hues like red, blue, green, yellow, and more) neatly routed and managed. The fibers are coiled in circular trays (for cable slack management) and organized along the internal guides. At the bottom, there are also some mechanical fixtures likely used for securing the cables or the box itself.

The sealed design, along with rubber gaskets around the lid and cable ports, makes it suitable for outdoor deployment, protecting internal fibers from rain, dust, and temperature fluctuations.
