FDB0216F Splitter Distribution Box Product Details
Each of the splice tray is brand new ABS materials, white color, the tray cover with a fiber management tool. There are 12 slots for fiber optic pigtails fusion splicing and storage, and 1 slot for steel tube size 60*7*4mm for 1×2 1×4 1×8 mini splitters. And there is cable winding guiding rails at back of the tray and can fix the tray on the bottom stainless steel holders by hand.
Yingda will configure with all necessary mounting kits on delivery: drop cable port opening tool, big round ports wrench, mounting expansion screws, clip for cover fixture, nylon ties, buffer tube, spiral tubes, rubber plugs and gaskets, insulating tape, sealant, heat shrink sleeve, cleaning tissue, etc
The splitter input and output can be guided into the splice tray, and the outputs pigtails of the splitter will fix on the adapter plates, total can load 16pcs SC simplex adapters with flange by 4pc adapter plates.
This outdoor fiber optic splitter distribution box can use on wall or pole. If mounting on wall, due to the box is very heavy (empty box net weight will be 4kg each), so many clients choose 2 metal sheets to hold it more tightly, like below:
This 16 ports ftth drop cable closure can wall mounting or pole mounting, all metal parts are stainless steel materials.
If pole mounting, it can be 1 or 2 metal sheets with 2 stainless steel clamps, if harsh environment, suggest to upgrade into SS304 stainless steel.
