Details of Fiber Splice Box

The product features a grey plastic enclosure (which could also be customized in black). The enclosure has multiple circular ports with white inner SC adapters arranged in rows. These ports are empty, ready for connector insertion. Black connectors (compatible with the white adapters) are fully inserted into the ports, showing the device in a fully connected state. The black connectors are cylindrical, ruggedized, and designed for waterproof or harsh-environment use.

The following is a close-up of the assembly process, divided into two sections:

• Upper Section (Component Breakdown):
  • SC Adapter: Marked by a pink arrow, it has a green latch and a white internal interface, serving as the mating component inside the device’s housing.
  • SC Fast Connector: A white connector with an embedded optical fiber, connected to the SC adapter.
  • Waterproof House: A black, cylindrical component that provides environmental protection (against moisture, dust, etc.).
  • Flat Drop Cable: A white, flat optical cable inserted into the waterproof house.

• Lower Section (Fully Assembled State): The SC fast connector is inserted into the SC adapter, and the waterproof house encloses the connection point. This assembly ensures a secure, waterproof joint that can withstand external environmental stresses.

Inside, it has a gray plastic splicing tray with an open main lid and a small transparent sub-lid. The enclosure offers physical protection for internal elements. Yellow optical fibers are neatly coiled around a gray fiber management spool. This design ensures the fibers stay organized and within a proper bending radius, preventing signal loss or physical damage.

The internal wiring features organized yellow fibers connected to the SC connectors. Structural elements like the gray spool and mounting fixtures keep the internal layout tidy and functional. 1×16 or 2pc 1×8 steel tube or ABS module are all well-matched to this box.
