- The outer components of the ferrules are made of metallic or non-metallic materials. The mating ends of the ferrules must be ground, and the other end typically uses a bending restraint component to support the optical fiber or fiber optic cable and relieve stress.
- The coupling tube is generally made of two halves of a tightly fitted cylindrical component, typically made of ceramic or bronze, and often equipped with a metal or plastic flange for connector installation and fixation.
To achieve the most accurate fiber alignment, the machining precision requirements for the ferrules and coupling tube are very high.

The core is made of UL material with a fire rating of UL94V0. And the contacts are made of solid copper plated with gold (3U). They are of high quality and have stable and reliable performance.
