Description
ESC250D SC fast connector is a kind of connector which can solve the problem of ultra long distance wiring and fiber to the home project. It is widely used in the construction site of quick connection link, and provides a fast and stable connection during fiber optic construction. There is no need for glue curing and grinding in the field assembly, which provides a very fast and effective help for engineers on installation, maintenance and repair of fiber to the home project.
Fast Connector Features
- Screw round boot type, total length is only 52mm, suitable for most of small fiber optic box;
- Suitable for 2.0mm, 3.0mm round cable or flat 2*1.6mm, 2*3mm drop cable;
- Plastic V groove structure, good sealing performance, environmentally friendly and flame retardant
- Adopt Three Circle A-class ceramic ferrule, improves product stability, low loss and small change;
- Large scale production, mature technology, exquisite, which ensure the quality of connectors;
- It has strong practicability and can be reused for more than 5 times;
- Stable operation performance, low insertion loss, low use cost, low maintenance rate and fast installation speed;
- Each 100 pcs will equip with 1pc length fixing device and 2pcs English user manual;
- Humanized structure design: preset limit point of drop cable at the boot, and automatically generate a small micro bend according to the correct cutting length of the product (see below figure). The micro bend indicates that the optical fiber has been in good contact with the embedded optical fiber, and the micro bend must exist, but not too large, otherwise the loss during the period will be affected.
- There is axial clamping force at the optical fiber joint. When the optical fiber is butted, the gap between the two optical fiber sections is almost zero, so the connection loss is less than 0.3dB.

ESC250D SC Fast Connector Types
There are two types of SC fast connector in this series, SC UPC, SC APC fast connector. Both types use the same outer appearance and internal structure, but different ferrule and housing color for different application request.
ESC250D SC Fast Connector Package
Fast connector will be packed by plastic blister box or plastic bag;
if load by plastic bag, will be 1piece individual package, then 100pcs in a big bag, then 1000pcs or 2000pcs per carton box
if load by blister box, will be 10 pcs/box, and then 100 pcs/inner cardboard box, and then 1000 pcs/carton box.
The length fix tool and the user manual will be configure with the inner box together before delivery.
