Nonarmored Cable Patch Cord Details
This FTTA patch cable is duplex nonarmored cable with dual LC fiber connectors, support single mode & multimode fiber,7.0mm base station outdoor cable black, LSZH jacket. There will be heat shrink protection tube after cutting off the jacket to add connectors. We will add A1 B1, and A2 B2 at both sides for marking.
Yingda provide full range of protection for the product itself, we will secure the fiber optic cable with braided tape to prevent loosening. We will also wrap the connectors in small plastic bags and seal the openings to prevent them from shifting or getting scratched. Each FTTA outdoor patch cord will be individually packaged, whether in a PP bag or wrapped in plastic film, and we will affix test data to each patch cord pack for customer reference.
The internal sub-cables of the optical cable are designed with a diameter of 2.0mm, so they can be directly branched out and secured with heat shrink tubing. To enhance the tensile strength of the optical cable, armored tubes can be added at the heat shrink tubing locations, or a spiral armored layer can be added inside the overall structure of the optical cable. Specific details can be customized according to customer requirements.
