4 Core Armored Cable Detailed Display
This 4 cores armored cable assembly are pre load LC UPC connectors at both sides, with armor to strength the tensile force. And in order to prevent water from entering, there are 2pcs cable glands at the breakout kits, which ensure IP65 protection grade.

Each fiber patch cords will be rolling with the reasonable bend radius to ensure the fiber in good condition when you are in use and tied with nylon ties. The fanout length can be customized.

There is heat shrinkablt protectors with glue inside to help protect the cable cutting point, it can enhance the overall tensile strength of the optical cable after cutting.

Due to the relatively long length of outdoor jumpers, they cannot be packaged well in plastic bags. Therefore, plastic film is usually used to pack them, and the fiber optic head is placed on the inside of the whole and separately fixed which ensure more effectively protection for the fiber optic connectors.

The field cable we used are as below GJFJV, with 4 fibers in total, each 2.0mm sub-unit cable. If only need 2cores, will keep the same structure with 2 fillers instead of fibers.
Fiber type, number of fiber cores, head type, and cable length can all be customized.

In actual production, we will add armored pipes at the branches after cutting the optical cable, and then wrap and fix them with heat shrink tubing to make the optical connectors more sturdy and durable. Simultaneously ensuring effective pull-out force.
