Detailed Display of Splitter Box For Fiber Optic Cable
Constructed from high-impact, UV-stabilized polycarbonate (PC+ABS) material, the enclosure features an IP65-rated seal (reinforced by robust locking latches and gaskets) to resist dust, moisture, and extreme temperature fluctuations, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments. The hinged, lockable lid (with tamper-resistant fasteners) provides tool-free access for field technicians, while the compact, wall-mountable/ pole-mountable design optimizes installation flexibility. The interior integrates a precision-engineered fiber routing framework.
Inside, a dedicated area for fusion splicing (equipped with a splice tray or splice holder) and SC adapter termination, supporting up to 36 fibers (configurable based on splitter capacity).
Curved, radius-compliant (≥30mm) guides and spools to manage excess fiber length, avoiding micro-bending losses. The enclosure accommodates a PLC mini splitter (e.g., 1×2, 1×4, 1×8) via a dedicated mounting slot, enabling passive optical signal distribution from a single input fiber to multiple subscriber lines.
On front side, multiple reinforced, grommet-sealed input/output ports (compatible with 2-4mm fiber drop cables) with strain relief mechanisms to prevent cable damage.
