Description
Bullet Head SC Patch cord is fiber optic patch cord with sc connectors at both sides, sc pigtails is available, but with metal head housing to protect the sc connectors inside, which is quite popular to use in pipleline or duct limited space, where the hole is less than 10mm diameter.
During field installation, you don’t need to take off the dust cap, after deploy the cable in place, only unscrew off the metal head, then put on the white body and green housing of the SC connector, it can finish installation, no need special tools, and which ensure the ceramic ferrule in clean and good optical performance. Meanwhile, there is pulling eye for the rope to pull at head of the housing and flexible rotating in any angel. The metal head is made of high quality and durability copper or zinc alloy material, which ensure the connector and fiber in good condition after pulling. And it is ideal solution for ftth upgrade network or access network.
