LC Fiber Optic Cable Details
This 6 cores PDLC patch cord consists of a 6 core FTTA outdoor cable, two PDLC connectors, and 6pcs LC/UPC connectors. One PDLC hold 2pcs LC connector, the other PDLC connector hold 4pcs LC connectors. So total 6cores single mode fibers. The patch cord cable length is optional.
The fiber counts can be 2 cores, 4 cores, 8 cores, 12 cores, 24 cores, etc. Outdoor PDLC connectors are characterized by their robust structure, reliable connection, and waterproof and dustproof properties. They are widely used in long-distance wireless base stations (FTTA) and in harsh outdoor environments such as mines, sensors, and power plants for optical transmission connections. Suitable for outdoor environments, they can withstand severe environmental and climatic conditions.
The PDLC is an IP67 waterproof protection grade, compatible with some outdoor waterproof boxes from ZTE or Huawei. It is widely used in fiber optic communication, outdoor 5G base stations, and video surveillance.
