1×2 Fiber Coupler Details
1:2 Single mode fiber coupler is manufactured by melting and stretching multiple fibers, using a tapering process to monitor the splitting ratio in real time, forming a single-input, multi-output splitting structure. The most popular split ratio is 1:2 which splitting ratio can be flexibly adjusted between 1:99 and 50:50.
In order to distinguish the fiber splitting ratio, we will use different color loose tubes, red for big ratio, blue for small ratio. And input side is white color loose tube. The middle stainless steel tube is circular, which is small size, and easily to use in ABS plastic closures to form multi channels.
All fiber optic couplers will be pack in plastic boxes, which are specially designed packaging box features cable winding slots and connector fixing areas. Compared to ordinary plastic bag packaging, it provides better protection for the fiber optic cable. A product test report will also be included with the product when shipped to the customer.
