We offer the following guarantees for your products:

Fiber Optic Product Warranty

The products manufactured by Yingda (the “warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. The warranty is in effect from the date of the shipment when the goods right is transferred to the customers (the “ purchaser”).

If any Yingda products fail to follow this fiber optic product warranty and which is determined by the warrantor. The warrantor will either repair or replace the defective products with new products in the next new orders.

1. Standard Limited Warranty

Products manufactured by Yingda (the“warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, or quantity less than the purchase order. The warranty is effect from the date of the shipment when the goods right is transferred to the customers (the “purchaser”). This limited warranty covers substantial defects in materials or workmanship and performance and quantity loss, which all follows the guidelines of the limited warranty.

2. Extended Warranty

3. Exclusions and Limitations for Fiber Optic Device

Due to the wide variety of optical fiber products and their wide applications, there are a large number of practitioners in trunk lines, branch lines or terminals. Since optical fiber products are not consumer goods, it is basically bare to move or re-use after construction, unless it is for repair, expansion or reconstruction. Yingda always try our best to cooperate with customers in providing pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services to eliminate quality problems and ensure the smooth completion of customer projects. However, if the following problems occur, our company will not provide compensation or warranty.

  • Third-party liability: Goods loss or damage due to customs reasons, customer forwarder’s, transportation or shipping company.
  • The customer’s own bad construction or improper operation, or long time storage.
  • Beyond the warranty period, liability cannot be determined.
  • All Yingda goods have shipping records and specific record kept on file for 5 years for future reference. If it is verified that the goods are not our products, no compensation will be paid.
  • Customerdo not follow the instructions or user manual.
  • The customer did not specify the requirements before placing the order, or requested changes after the goods were ready in good condition. Or there isno reply to the questions asked.
  • Failure to cooperate in providing evidence.

4. Limited Warranty Process
